I was responsible for setting up the .NET project and Azure hosting, along with building out the site using an MVC model allowing various combinations of content to be displayed based on url structure without using redundant views. The rollover animations use CSS3 with JS fallbacks for IE9 and IE8. This microsite was built to be the first page shown after upgrading Internet Explorer. It was localized using .resx resource files but the language was determined based off custom url paths instead of browser language settings (/ie10/peru). The localized pages also had extra content at the top of the page.
